Tricks or Treats on Halloween! Annual costume contest!

Visit us on Halloween for treats, and kids can participate in our annual Halloween contest. We'll take photos of the kids and the community will vote on best costume over the next week. Stop by the library until 7:30 PM to join in the fun, and then go see the Tully Council for the Arts perform Thriller on the elementary school lawn.
